Program C · BR Geriatric Wellness Clinic
Unhurried senior care, with the price printed before you arrive.
A cash-pay wellness clinic built around older adults and the families who care for them. Nurse Practitioner visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays, licensed mental wellness care on Wednesdays — always by appointment, never rushed.
Who we serve
Built for the visit that always felt too short
Older adults managing several conditions
Blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and the medications that come with them — reviewed together, in one appointment.
Families noticing memory changes
Repeating questions, missed bills, confusion in the evening. We screen, explain plainly, and tell you what the result does and does not mean.
Caregivers running on empty
Wednesday exists for you. Burnout, guilt, family disagreement and respite planning with a licensed clinician.

How the week works
Three focused clinic days
Each day has one job, so the schedule stays calm and no one is squeezed between two unrelated visits.

Wednesday — Mental Wellness & Caregiver Support
Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW / LMHC) · 6 services
Thursday — Follow-Up & Ongoing Management

We support your doctor — we are not urgent care
We are a supportive wellness clinic that works alongside your primary care physician. We do not replace primary care, and we are not urgent care or an emergency room. For chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, trouble breathing, or a fall with injury, call 911 immediately.
Understanding senior care
What a geriatric visit is actually for
Longer visits exist for a reason
Older adults often carry five or more prescriptions, two or three specialists, and a caregiver with questions. A 12-minute slot cannot hold that. Our shortest visit is 30 minutes and our longest is 75.
Medication review prevents hospital trips
Interactions, duplicates and doses that made sense ten years ago are among the most common reasons seniors end up in an emergency room. Bringing every bottle to one appointment is the single most useful thing a family can do.
Memory screening is not a diagnosis
A screening tells us whether something measurable is happening and whether a reversible cause — sleep, thyroid, medication, depression — could explain it. We say plainly what the result means and coordinate specialty workup when it is warranted.
Caregiver health is patient health
When the caregiver burns out, the patient's care declines within weeks. That is why Wednesday holds sessions for caregivers and families, not only for patients.
Request an appointment
One page for everything you need to book
Requests are accepted now; scheduled visits begin December 1, 2026. The clinic appointment page holds the full intake, secure document upload for new patients, an exact-price visit estimator and the $75 deposit payment — all for this clinic only.
Frequently asked questions
Clinic FAQ
What is the BR Geriatric Wellness Clinic?
A senior-focused wellness clinic in Boca Raton. A Nurse Practitioner sees patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and licensed mental health clinicians see patients on Wednesdays. Every visit is by appointment. We work alongside your primary care physician — we do not replace them.
When can I book an appointment?
We are accepting appointment requests now. Scheduled visits begin December 1, 2026. Requests received before then are placed in date order and confirmed by our team.
Do you accept Medicare or insurance?
We are a cash-pay clinic. Prices are exact and published — no ranges and no surprise billing. We provide an itemized receipt you may submit to your plan, but reimbursement is never guaranteed.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $75 deposit is collected when your appointment is confirmed and is credited in full toward your visit total. The balance is due at the visit. The support group is paid in full at booking.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
A $45 fee applies to a no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice is always free.
Can I be seen from home?
Yes, for the services marked virtual-eligible. Telehealth visits use a secure HIPAA-compliant video link, and a family member can join from anywhere. First visits and hands-on assessments must be in person.
Do you treat emergencies?
No. For chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, trouble breathing, or a fall with injury, call 911 immediately. We are a scheduled, non-urgent wellness clinic.
Can family members attend the visit?
Yes, and we encourage it. Caregivers are part of the plan for medication review, memory evaluation, and care planning — and Wednesday has sessions built specifically for the caregiver.
