Virtual / Telehealth Visits
Secure HIPAA-compliant video visits available for follow-ups, medication review, wellness check-ins, caregiver consultations, and memory consultations.
Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies — call 911.
Cancellation Policy
$45 cancellation fee for missed or late-cancelled in-person OR virtual appointments.

BR Geriatric Wellness Clinic is a secondary, supportive wellness program. We are NOT your primary care physician, NOT an urgent care, and NOT an emergency room. We coordinate with — and support — your existing primary care provider. For chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, fall with injury, breathing difficulty, or any medical emergency: call 911 immediately. For urgent (non-emergency) issues outside of clinic hours, contact your primary care provider or visit urgent care.

Whether in-person on a Tuesday/Thursday or by secure telehealth, every visit follows the same dignified, unrushed pattern.

Telehealth visits follow the same structure, excluding in-person vitals. Patients are encouraged to self-record BP, weight, and pulse before the visit when possible.
