Tours require at least 48 hours notice so we can prepare the right team member to meet you. Same-day requests cannot be honored.

Before Your Tour
A 45–60 minute walk-through with a team member. Here's how to make the most of it:
- Photo ID for sign-in at our front desk.
- A list of your loved one's current medications and any cognitive or mobility notes.
- Questions about pricing (Standard $95/day · Monthly Advance $85/day · Enhanced Support starting at $185, $225, or $265/day based on assessment; 3-day weekly minimum), meals, transportation windows, and a typical day.
- Comfortable shoes — we walk the full 4,666 sqft facility.
- Bring a family member or decision-maker if possible.

How long is a tour?
About 45–60 minutes. You'll walk our full 4,666 sq ft facility, see the activity room, dining area, and quiet room, and meet a member of our care team one-on-one.
Who should attend the tour?
The primary caregiver plus at least one decision-maker (spouse, adult child, POA). Bring your loved one if they're able — many families find the visit reduces resistance to enrollment.
What should I bring?
Photo ID for sign-in, a current medication list, basic medical history, and your questions. Comfortable shoes help — we walk the entire facility.
What questions should families ask?
Staff-to-participant ratio, staff turnover, medication handling, daily schedule, emergency procedures, meals, transportation windows, pricing inclusions, and how families are kept informed.
When are tours held?
Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, 11 AM–3 PM, in 30-minute windows — by appointment with at least 48 hours advance notice. The center is closed the last Thursday of every month. Same-day requests cannot be honored so our program day isn't disrupted.
What happens after the tour?
If it's a fit, we send the intake application, schedule the pre-enrollment assessment (center or in-home), confirm transportation eligibility, and coordinate a start date — typically within 5–10 business days.
