Cancellation & Refund Policy
Advance payment is required to RSVP. Because seating, instructor scheduling, training materials, and certification preparation are arranged in advance:
NO REFUNDS — cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or missed classes.
Missed registrations may be transferred to a future class when approved, subject to scheduling availability.
Certified CPR / First Aid Instructor
Training is conducted by qualified and certified CPR, First Aid & AED instructor(s) with verifiable credentials, certification provider documentation, and adult-learning experience. Instructor profile available upon request.
