Authoritative Financial Terms Summary
The following terms apply to every enrolled participant and every payment made to Boca Raton Adult Day Care. These terms are incorporated by reference into your Payment Authorization and the written Care Agreement.
1. Registration Fee
$85 · One-time · Required for every new participant · Non-refundable.
Covers intake, records setup, and administrative onboarding.
2. Enhanced Support Assessment Fee
$250 · One-time · Collected at enrollment when applicable · Non-refundable.
Charged only when the participant is assessed for Enhanced Support Level I, II, or III. It pays for the individualized Enhanced Support assessment that confirms the support level and starting daily rate.
3. Program Fees
- 5-Day Full-Week: $85/day
- 3-Day Full-Day: $95/day (choose three weekdays)
- Half-Day: $80/day (up to four hours; 3-day minimum)
- Enhanced Support I: starting $185/day
- Enhanced Support II: starting $225/day
- Enhanced Support III: starting $265/day
4. Transportation Fees
- Level I — Standard: $35/day round-trip
- Level II — Enhanced Assistance: $45/day round-trip
- Level III — Premium Assisted: $55/day round-trip

5. Credit Card Processing Fee
A 6.5% processing fee is added to any payment made by credit/debit or HSA/FSA card. ACH bank draft and Zelle have no fee.
6. Cancellation & Credit Policy
48+ hours' notice: No refund, but an account credit is issued for a future attendance day, subject to Center scheduling and availability.
Under 48 hours or no-show: Day is forfeited — no refund and no credit.
7. No-Refund Policy
All program fees, registration fees, and transportation fees are non-refundable. The $250 Enhanced Support Assessment Fee is also non-refundable when it applies. Credits issued under the Cancellation Policy above are the sole remedy for a timely-cancelled attendance day and expire per Center policy.

Fee Policy
Registration and assessment fees are non-refundable.
The registration fee and the assessment fee are non-refundable. They pay for intake, records, and professional assessment time that is performed before the first day of attendance.
Why these fees are non-refundable
The work happens before the first day
Intake, chart creation, medical-record review, and the assessment itself are completed up front. By the time a participant is scheduled, that work is already finished and cannot be undone.
You are paying for professional time
These fees cover hours our care coordinator and program staff spend on one specific person. Unlike a product, that time cannot be returned, reused, or resold to someone else.
Enrollment holds a real place
Confirming a participant reserves capacity, staffing ratio, meals, and — when selected — a seat on a transportation route. That place is held out of availability for other families.
What happens instead of a refund: Instead of refunds, timely changes are handled with account credit: cancel a scheduled attendance day 48 or more hours in advance and a credit is applied toward a future day, subject to availability. Cancellations under 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the day. Billing errors are always corrected through a written account adjustment.
