Authoritative Financial Terms Summary

The following terms apply to every enrolled participant and every payment made to Boca Raton Adult Day Care Center. These terms are incorporated by reference into your Payment Authorization and the written Care Agreement.

1. Registration Fee

$75 · One-time · Required for every new participant · Non-refundable.

Covers intake, records setup, and administrative onboarding.

2. Behavioral Deposit

$250 · One-time · Collected at enrollment when applicable · Non-refundable.

Applied only when required based on the participant's assessed needs and enrollment terms. Helps cover extraordinary cleaning, property damage, or supervision needs during participation.

3. Program Fees

  • Standard: $95/day (3-day minimum)
  • Monthly Advance: $85/day (5 days/week)
  • Enhanced Support I: starting $185/day
  • Enhanced Support II: starting $225/day
  • Enhanced Support III: starting $265/day

4. Transportation Fees

  • Level I — Standard: $35/day round-trip
  • Level II — Enhanced Assistance: $45/day round-trip
  • Level III — Premium Assisted: $55/day round-trip

5. Credit Card Processing Fee

A 6.5% processing fee is added to any payment made by credit/debit or HSA/FSA card. ACH bank draft and Zelle have no fee.

6. Cancellation & Credit Policy

48+ hours' notice: No refund, but an account credit is issued for a future attendance day, subject to Center scheduling and availability.

Under 48 hours or no-show: Day is forfeited — no refund and no credit.

7. No-Refund Policy

All program fees, registration fees, and transportation fees are non-refundable. The $250 Behavioral Deposit is also non-refundable when it applies. Credits issued under the Cancellation Policy above are the sole remedy for a timely-cancelled attendance day and expire per Center policy.
