A Message From Our Heart

Caregiving is love, but it can also be overwhelming. Our center was created to help families breathe again, knowing their loved one has a safe place to socialize, participate, and be cared for during the day.

Some participants simply want company, meals, and a structured day. Others need more hands-on non-medical supervision, cueing, or one-to-one engagement. Nobody is turned away for needing more support — we match each participant to the right level through a pre-enrollment assessment.

Participants move up or down as needs change, and we tell you before any rate changes.

Transportation

Door-to-door transportation in our own 15-passenger vans.

Door-to-door transportation is an optional add-on for approved Adult Day Care participants, billed as a separate daily line item and priced by the level of physical assistance the participant actually needs — never by guesswork. Your level is confirmed at the pre-enrollment assessment.

Level I

Ambulatory — round-trip

For participants who walk independently or with a cane and can board the van using the standard step with light supervision.

Level II

Walker / mobility device — round-trip

For participants who use a walker, rollator, or need steady hands-on assistance to board, sit, and rise safely.

✓Walker or rollator folded, loaded, and secured for the ride
✓Extra boarding time built into the route so no one is rushed
✓Same driver and route team whenever scheduling allows

Level III

$55 /day

Wheelchair / transfer assistance — round-trip

For participants who use a wheelchair or require lift access and two-person assistance to travel safely.

✓Hydraulic wheelchair lift with a rated, inspected platform
✓Wheelchair secured with a four-point tie-down and occupant belt
✓Two-staff assistance at pickup and drop-off when required
✓Coordination with the family or facility staff at the home door

All rides are round-trip and available only to approved Adult Day Care participants whose verified pickup and return address is within our designated service area around 2120 N. Dixie Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Eligibility, level, and scheduling are subject to address and route review, mobility assessment, vehicle availability, staffing, and final program approval. Transportation is billed separately from program tuition. Payments are non-refundable; please give 48 hours notice for schedule changes.

Trust & Safety

Every staff member is screened, certified, and trained — before they ever meet your loved one.

Level II Background

Every staff member completes a Florida Level II background screen — fingerprinted, vetted, and re-verified per AHCA standards.

CPR & First Aid

All direct-care staff hold current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications — refreshed regularly and documented.

Dementia & Safety Training

Ongoing training in dementia care, fall prevention, medication awareness, infection control, and bloodborne pathogens.

Florida 6:1 Ratio

Approximately one staff for every six participants — scaled up for higher-care, mobility, and behavioral needs.

Transportation & Service Area

Door-to-door care across our Boca Raton service area.

Transportation is an optional add-on for approved Adult Day Care participants whose verified pickup/drop-off address is generally within our designated service area surrounding our facility at 2120 N. Dixie Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Transportation is not automatic and is never sold as a standalone service — every address is subject to route review, mobility assessment, capacity, and final approval.

Some addresses in Boca Raton, Highland Beach, southern Delray Beach, northern Deerfield Beach, and nearby communities may qualify. A city or ZIP code alone does not guarantee eligibility.
