Daily program rates
Every rate below includes meals, snacks, hydration, daily activities and staff supervision at a 6:1 ratio. Transportation is priced separately.

Standard and Monthly Advance rates are introductory through December 31, 2026 and change January 1, 2027 under your enrollment agreement.

Door-to-door rides are available within our designated service area around 2120 N. Dixie Highway, Boca Raton. Priced per day, in addition to the program rate.

One-time and situational fees
- · A one-time registration fee at enrollment.
- · A one-time $250 Enhanced Support Assessment Fee for some participants, set after assessment. It is non-refundable.
- · No cash refunds for missed days. With 48 hours' notice, a day qualifies for credit under the attendance policy.
- · Every fee that applies to your family appears in the enrollment agreement before you sign.
How families pay for it
We are private pay. Most families pay directly, and many submit our itemized statements to a long-term care insurance policy or use VA benefits toward the cost. If you are working through Medicaid long-term care or a managed-care plan, tell us early — what you can be reimbursed for depends heavily on when your coverage starts.
Fee Policy
Registration and assessment fees are non-refundable.
The registration fee and the assessment fee are non-refundable. They pay for intake, records, and professional assessment time that is performed before the first day of attendance.
Registration fee
One-time, per new participant. Covers opening the participant record, intake processing, chart setup, and the state-compliance documentation we are required to keep.
Assessment (adult day care: no charge)
Our adult day care program includes the participant assessment at no charge — there is no separate assessment fee for Program A. When an assessment is performed under one of our other programs, its fee is quoted from that program's own price list and is also non-refundable.
Enhanced Support Assessment Fee ($250, when applicable)
Charged only when the participant is assessed for Enhanced Support Level I, II, or III. It pays for the individualized Enhanced Support assessment that confirms the support level and starting daily rate. Standard Program A enrollment does not include it. Non-refundable.
Why these fees are non-refundable
The work happens before the first day
Intake, chart creation, medical-record review, and the assessment itself are completed up front. By the time a participant is scheduled, that work is already finished and cannot be undone.
You are paying for professional time
These fees cover hours our care coordinator and program staff spend on one specific person. Unlike a product, that time cannot be returned, reused, or resold to someone else.
Enrollment holds a real place
Confirming a participant reserves capacity, staffing ratio, meals, and — when selected — a seat on a transportation route. That place is held out of availability for other families.
Everything is disclosed before you pay
Every one-time fee is written out in your agreement and on your payment summary before any card or account is charged. Nothing is added later, and registration is charged only once per participant.
It keeps daily rates lower and fair
Holding one consistent policy for every family means intake costs are not built into daily tuition, and no family subsidizes another's cancelled paperwork.
The work product belongs to you
If plans change, the assessment and documentation completed for your loved one remain yours, and we will share a copy with you or another provider on written request.
What happens instead of a refund: Instead of refunds, timely changes are handled with account credit: cancel a scheduled attendance day 48 or more hours in advance and a credit is applied toward a future day, subject to availability. Cancellations under 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the day. Billing errors are always corrected through a written account adjustment.

How much does adult day care cost per day in Boca Raton?
At Boca Raton Adult Day Care the Standard Adult Day Program is $95 per day with a 3-day weekly minimum, and the Monthly Advance Program is $85 per day when you attend 5 days a week and pay monthly in advance. Both rates include meals, snacks, activities and staff supervision.
What is included in the daily rate?
The daily rate includes a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack and hydration, daily social and recreational activities, cognitive engagement, senior-appropriate exercise, and caring staff supervision at a 6:1 ratio. Transportation is priced separately.
How much does door-to-door transportation cost?
Transportation is available within our designated service area around 2120 N. Dixie Highway, Boca Raton, subject to route review and availability. Standard Transportation is $35 per day, Enhanced Transportation Assistance is $45 per day, and Premium Assisted Transportation is $55 per day.
Are there one-time fees to enroll?
Yes. There is a one-time registration fee, and some participants are assessed a one-time $250 Enhanced Support Assessment Fee after assessment, which is non-refundable. Your enrollment agreement lists every fee before you sign anything.
What if my loved one needs more help than the standard program?
Enhanced Support tiers start at $185, $225, and $265 per day. These are all-inclusive daily rates that replace the standard rate and require an assessment, because the price depends on the level of non-medical support the person actually needs.
Do you accept Medicaid or long-term care insurance?
We are private pay today. Many families use long-term care insurance or VA benefits for reimbursement, and we provide itemized statements you can submit to your carrier. Ask us and we will walk you through what documentation your policy usually requires.
What happens if we cancel a day?
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled day receive an account credit usable on a future attendance day, subject to availability. Cancellations under 48 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the day with no refund and no credit. There are no cash refunds. The full attendance and cancellation policy is in your enrollment agreement.
