Daily program rates
Every rate below includes meals, snacks, hydration, daily activities and staff supervision at a 6:1 ratio. Transportation is priced separately.

Standard and Monthly Advance rates are introductory through December 31, 2026 and change January 1, 2027 under your enrollment agreement.

How families pay for it
We are private pay. Most families pay directly, and many submit our itemized statements to a long-term care insurance policy or use VA benefits toward the cost. If you are working through Medicaid long-term care or a managed-care plan, tell us early — what you can be reimbursed for depends heavily on when your coverage starts.

At Boca Raton Adult Day Care Center the Standard Adult Day Program is $95 per day with a 3-day weekly minimum, and the Monthly Advance Program is $85 per day when you attend 5 days a week and pay monthly in advance. Both rates include meals, snacks, activities and staff supervision.

Transportation is available within 8 driving miles of our facility at 2120 N. Dixie Highway, Boca Raton. Standard Transportation is $35 per day, Enhanced Transportation Assistance is $45 per day, and Premium Assisted Transportation is $55 per day.
Are there one-time fees to enroll?
Yes. There is a one-time registration fee, and some participants are assessed a refundable behavioral deposit after assessment. Your enrollment agreement lists every fee before you sign anything.
What if my loved one needs more help than the standard program?
Enhanced Support tiers start at $185, $225, and $265 per day. These are all-inclusive daily rates that replace the standard rate and require an assessment, because the price depends on the level of non-medical support the person actually needs.
Do you accept Medicaid or long-term care insurance?
We are private pay today. Many families use long-term care insurance or VA benefits for reimbursement, and we provide itemized statements you can submit to your carrier. Ask us and we will walk you through what documentation your policy usually requires.
What happens if we cancel a day?
Cancel with at least 24-hour notice under the attendance policy; 48 hours' notice qualifies a day for credit. Days are not refunded in cash. The full attendance and cancellation policy is in your enrollment agreement.
