Transportation is optional and billed separately: Level I $35/day, Level II $45/day, Level III $55/day round-trip, within our designated service area around 2120 N. Dixie Hwy. Every new participant pays a one-time $85 Registration Fee (non-refundable); participants assessed for Enhanced Support Level I, II, or III also pay a one-time non-refundable $250 Enhanced Support Assessment Fee, for $335 in one-time fees.

Fee Policy
Registration and assessment fees are non-refundable.
The registration fee and the assessment fee are non-refundable. They pay for intake, records, and professional assessment time that is performed before the first day of attendance.
Why these fees are non-refundable
The work happens before the first day
Intake, chart creation, medical-record review, and the assessment itself are completed up front. By the time a participant is scheduled, that work is already finished and cannot be undone.
You are paying for professional time
These fees cover hours our care coordinator and program staff spend on one specific person. Unlike a product, that time cannot be returned, reused, or resold to someone else.
Enrollment holds a real place
Confirming a participant reserves capacity, staffing ratio, meals, and — when selected — a seat on a transportation route. That place is held out of availability for other families.
What happens instead of a refund: Instead of refunds, timely changes are handled with account credit: cancel a scheduled attendance day 48 or more hours in advance and a credit is applied toward a future day, subject to availability. Cancellations under 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the day. Billing errors are always corrected through a written account adjustment.

What does this calculator estimate?
Daily, weekly, and total costs for Adult Day Care, Homemaker & Companion Services, and the Wellness Clinic, plus transportation, one-time services, and the 6.5% credit-card processing fee when that payment method is selected.
What does it not estimate?
Insurance reimbursement, Medicaid LTC coverage, VA benefits, sliding-scale eligibility, and final assessment-based pricing. It also does not account for facility promotions or corporate/community discounts.
How is transportation priced?
Transportation serves our designated service area around 2120 N. Dixie Highway, Boca Raton. Use the built-in route preview to check a pickup address — approval always depends on route capacity, mobility needs, and program assessment.
Why do credit-card payments cost more?
Credit card payments include a 6.5% processing fee to cover the merchant charges we're billed. Zelle, check, and cash payments avoid this fee.
How do I get a formal quote?
Save your estimate and Proceed to Payment Authorization, or send it to us via the inquiry form. After the tour and pre-enrollment assessment, we confirm final pricing in your written care agreement.
Is Adult Day Care available fewer than 3 days a week?
No — Adult Day Care requires a 3-day-per-week minimum. The calculator will flag configurations below the minimum.
Are prices changing?
Program A is currently offered at introductory Founding Member pricing through December 31, 2026 — 3-day full-day $95/day, 5-day full-week $85/day, half-day up to four hours $80/day. Standard pricing begins January 1, 2027: $120 full day, $90/day for the 5-day program, $95 half day. Use the Pricing Period toggle to estimate under either schedule. Your actual contracted rate and any rate-protection terms will be stated in your enrollment or membership agreement.
Is there a half-day option?
Yes — half-day attendance is up to four hours per day, with the same 3-day-per-week minimum. Introductory half-day pricing is $80 per attendance day through December 31, 2026; the standard half-day rate is $95 beginning January 1, 2027.
