Transportation from Delray Beach
Transportation is optional and never guaranteed by city or ZIP code. We review the complete pickup address, actual route, mobility needs, schedule and capacity before staff gives final approval. Families may also arrange their own transportation to the Boca Raton center.
Payment pathways
Private pay, Medicaid LTC waivers and VA benefits are accepted payment pathways. Eligibility, authorization and payment are not guaranteed; the applicable program must verify the participant's approval and benefits.
A weekday, not a residence
We are a daytime program, not assisted living, a nursing home or 24-hour in-home care. Participants arrive in the morning and go home the same afternoon. The center is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed the last Thursday of each month for our health, safety and deep sanitization day, plus posted holidays.
How a Delray family actually gets started
The process is a tour, intake paperwork, an in-person pre-enrollment assessment and then the first day. Tours are available by appointment Monday through Friday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM and must be booked at least 48 hours ahead. Many completed enrollments can begin in about two weeks, depending on completion of enrollment requirements, participant review, program availability, payment requirements, and scheduling.
What it costs
