Minimum Service Requirements

For dependable matching, continuity and quality support, services operate under minimums:

  • Minimum visit: 8 consecutive hours per shift (no 1-hour or 2-hour drop-ins).
  • Minimum weekly commitment: 3 days per week.

Every care plan is individualized — but here is the rhythm most families can expect from a standard 8-hour shift. Live-in and 24-hour schedules layer overnight monitoring on top of this structure.

  • 8:00 — Caregiver arrival, handoff, safety walk-through
  • 8:30 — Morning hygiene, dressing, grooming support

  • 10:30 — Light housekeeping, laundry, errand prep
