A sensible 15-mile radius — for safety, comfort, and reliability.
Daily transportation is limited to approximately 15 miles of our 2120 N Dixie Hwy facility, north or south, and surrounding areas within that radius. Long rides are hard on elderly bodies, and long routes erode on-time performance for every family on the van.
Pickups outside that radius are reviewed case-by-case and may carry a distance adjustment or be declined.
