Boca Raton Adult Day Care is a non-medical social adult day care center proudly serving Boca Raton and Palm Beach County — dedicated to compassionate daytime support, meaningful engagement, and a welcoming environment for seniors and adults with supportive needs.

Care is more than a service — it is a relationship built on trust.

We understand that caring for a loved one can be one of life's greatest responsibilities. Families often balance work, caregiving, medical appointments, and the emotional demands of supporting aging parents, loved ones with memory challenges, or adults who benefit from additional supervision and social connection.

That understanding is at the heart of who we are.

Boca Raton Adult Day Care was founded through a family-driven vision rooted in compassion, dignity, and community. We believe seniors and adults with supportive needs deserve more than supervision — they deserve companionship, encouragement, meaningful engagement, and a place where they are treated with kindness, patience, and respect.

At the same time, caregivers and families deserve support and peace of mind. As a non-medical social adult day care center, we provide supervised daytime programming designed to encourage social interaction, cognitive stimulation, wellness-focused activities, and daily engagement in a safe and structured setting.

Our leadership has witnessed firsthand the realities many caregivers face while supporting loved ones experiencing aging-related challenges, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and changing care needs. Those experiences shaped the foundation of our center and strengthened our commitment to creating an environment where both participants and caregivers feel supported.

The Father & Son Story

Two generations. One promise to families.

Boca Raton Adult Day Care was built through the shared vision of a father and son who saw that daytime support must serve both the participant and the person coordinating their care.

For R.N. and J.L., the purpose is practical and personal: give participants a respectful place for connection and structured activity while giving caregivers dependable time for work, rest, and other responsibilities.

J.L.'s healthcare experience reinforced the importance of patience, clear communication, and coordinated support. R.N. brings that purpose into the center's daily operation, where routines and follow-through shape each participant's experience.

Together, they established a clear standard for the center:

A secure, supervised building where a wandering step or an unsteady moment is caught early.

Patience first — especially on the hard days, and especially with memory loss.

Structure

A predictable rhythm of meals, movement, rest, and activity that lowers anxiety.

Music, art, chair fitness, and memory games — participation, not a television.

Familiar faces, honest updates, and no surprises about care or cost.

Relief & Peace of Mind

Caregivers get their day back knowing exactly where their loved one is.

They wanted a place where loved ones could remain socially engaged and supported, while caregivers could breathe, work, rest, and know their family member was spending the day in a safe and caring environment. That vision became Boca Raton Adult Day Care.

Their goal was never simply to open another facility. It was to build a place that feels welcoming, respectful, and community-centered — where seniors are treated with dignity, families feel heard and supported, and caregiving is met with compassion rather than judgment.

Owner & Administrator

J.L. brings healthcare experience, university training, and thoughtful administrative leadership to the center.

Healthcare experience: He works in oncology at AdventHealth in Orlando, where supporting patients and families has strengthened his approach to compassionate communication, careful coordination, and dependable service.
Education & leadership: A University of Central Florida graduate, he combines his healthcare background with the administrative leadership required to guide the center’s people, priorities, and standards.
At the center: He guides the center’s administration and helps shape a respectful, organized experience for participants, families, and staff.

R.N.

Owner, Day-to-Day Operations

R.N. brings extensive healthcare operations, business ownership, and hands-on leadership experience to the center.

Healthcare & military background: A U.S. Army Infantry veteran and University of South Florida Management Information Systems graduate, he built a 17-year career with Ascension Health and advanced into senior operational leadership.
Business experience: His business background includes ownership and operation of pharmacies, clinics, an ABA therapy center, and restaurant franchises, giving him broad experience leading teams and managing service-based organizations.
At the center: He keeps daily priorities moving across the facility, supporting practical coordination, service delivery, and the consistent routines families and participants depend on.
Family perspective: His work reflects the founders’ family-driven commitment to a dependable daytime setting where participants are treated with dignity and caregivers receive practical support.

Patricia Fleurantin

Enrollment & Hiring Coordinator

Patricia brings hands-on experience coordinating enrollment, family communication, hiring, and administrative support for the center.

Enrollment support: She responds to family inquiries, coordinates tours and follow-up, explains available programs, pricing, and transportation, and helps each participant’s family understand the next enrollment step.
Education: She studied healthcare management at the University of South Florida, bringing an academic foundation in healthcare administration to her enrollment and coordination work.
Administrative coordination: She keeps enrollment information organized, follows up on next steps, and helps families move through the process with clear communication.
Hiring coordination: She supports application review, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination for prospective team members.
