Our staffing model reflects Florida's social adult day care standards and our own higher commitment to safety and dignity.

The compassionate, screened team at Boca Raton Adult Day Care Center

Why Choose Us

Three promises we can prove — ratio, screening, and adjustment.

Staffing is the single biggest difference between a room full of chairs and a real day program. Here is exactly how ours is built.

Staffing ratio

6 : 1

Roughly one staff member for every six participants, so supervision, cueing, and conversation are always within arm's reach.
  • Approximately one staff member per six participants
  • Small groups so nobody sits unnoticed
  • Ratio verified against daily attendance

Florida social adult day care staffing standard — we treat it as the floor, not the goal.

Screening

Level II Screened

Staff may be required to maintain Level II background screening, CPR/First Aid certification, and ongoing safety training before working with participants.
  • Level II background screening
  • CPR & First Aid certification
  • Ongoing training and continuing education

Credentials are tracked with expiration dates — no lapsed certification stays on the floor.

Flexibility

Care-Adjusted

Staffing increases above the base ratio for mobility, supervision, behavioral, and enhanced-care needs.
  • More staff for mobility and transfer needs
  • More staff for memory and behavioral support
  • Enhanced Support levels staffed accordingly

Assessment-based — staffing follows the participants who are actually in the room that day.

Our team is intentionally multi-disciplinary so participants meet familiar faces from arrival to pickup.

Higher level of care

Who may not qualify

Participants requiring the following may need a higher level of care than a social, non-medical adult day care can safely provide:

  • Hospital-level care
  • Skilled nursing
  • Psychiatric stabilization
  • Unsafe behaviors
  • Continuous medical monitoring
  • Uncontrolled aggression

If we are not the right fit, we say so and point you toward a setting that is.
