Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Because appointments, staffing, and scheduling are reserved specifically for each client:
NO REFUNDS — cancellations, missed appointments, no-shows, failure to bring required ID, or late arrival.
Rescheduling requires 24–48 hour notice, subject to approval and availability. Late cancellations may forfeit payment.

Credit/debit payments may include a 6.5% processing fee. Zelle has no fee.
Required Identification
Valid government-issued photo ID required:

Name on ID must match appointment. Some screenings require an ORI number, agency code, employer or licensing information — confirm with your requesting agency prior to appointment.

Before Your Live Scan Appointment
Have these ready so we can capture clean prints on the first try:
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID).
- Your ORI number / agency code from the employer or licensing board requesting the scan.
- Form of payment (we'll confirm the exact amount when you book).
- Clean, dry hands — no lotion, sunscreen, or hand sanitizer right before the appointment.
- Arrive 10 minutes early. Walk-ins are subject to availability; appointments are strongly preferred.
Fingerprinting does not guarantee employment, licensing, or approval — that decision rests with the requesting agency.
