Program A
Adult Day Care Center
Daytime care, meals, activities, nursing oversight and door-to-door transportation at our Boca Raton center. Standard day $95, Monthly Advance $85/day, half day $80 (up to 4 hours), 3-day weekly minimum.
Program B
Boca Raton Homemaker & Companion
Non-medical in-home support across Palm Beach County: companionship, homemaking, errands, meal preparation and respite hours for family caregivers.
Program C
BR Geriatric Wellness Clinic
Appointment-only senior wellness visits with a Nurse Practitioner (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and licensed mental health clinicians (Wednesdays). Exact cash-pay prices, $75 credited deposit.
