No medical advice
Boca Raton Adult Day Care Center is a non-medical social adult day care. Nothing on this website or said by our staff constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not provide skilled nursing, hospital care, IV therapy, ventilator care, wound care, psychiatric stabilization, or medication administration. Programs requiring separate licensing or medical oversight may operate independently under separate approvals.
No legal advice
We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, estate law advice, or legal document preparation. Notary services are notarial acts only — a notary cannot tell you what document to use or what it means. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
Separate entity disclaimer — PF Consulting Firm
PF Consulting Firm is a separate non-attorney service provider and a separate company from Boca Raton Adult Day Care. Any request for PF Consulting Firm support is voluntary, independent, and subject to a separate agreement.
Non-refundable payment policy
All payments are non-refundable. If cancellation is not made within the required 24–48 hour notice period, the scheduled day or payment is forfeited. If cancellation is made timely, payment is not refunded but may be credited toward another eligible day, subject to availability and center policy. See Center Policies.
Cancellation policy
A 24-hour notice is requested for daily cancellations and a 48-hour notice for tours, transportation changes, and class registrations. Without notice, fees may apply and credit days are forfeited.
Insurance
Insurance coverage is not guaranteed. Coverage depends on eligibility, authorization, contracts, and credentialing.
Enrollment not guaranteed
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment is subject to assessment, availability, and the center's professional judgment regarding fit and safety. We reserve the right to decline or end enrollment when a participant's needs exceed what we can safely provide.
Website form disclaimer
Information submitted through forms on this website is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule care, and coordinate enrollment. Submitting a form does not establish a contractual relationship until enrollment is confirmed in writing.
Media / photo consent
Photos and videos may be used in program documentation, family updates, and marketing only with signed media consent on file. Consent may be revoked in writing at any time.
