Payment Terms Summary
- Non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable. Timely cancellations may be credited toward another eligible day, subject to availability.
- Cancellation notice. 24–48 hours required to avoid forfeiting the day.
- Missed days (Monthly Auto-Pay). With 24-hr notice, missed days become same-month credit days. Credits do not roll over.
- Late pickup. $1/min for first 15 min after 5:00 PM; $2/min thereafter; $50 after-hours staffing fee after 5:30 PM.
- Late payment. $35 late fee after 5 days; suspension possible after 15 days; $35 returned-payment fee.
- Accepted methods. ACH (preferred, no fee), credit/debit (3% fee), Zelle, check, money order, HSA/FSA where applicable.
- Discounts. Veterans, first responders, and educators get an extra 5% off the monthly rate with verification.
