Daily Rates
Boca Raton Adult Day Care Center is a licensed social adult day care center. Enhanced Support pricing reflects additional non-medical supervision, cueing, redirection, and individualized engagement — not skilled nursing, therapy, medication administration, or medical treatment.
Transportation (Optional add-on — designated service area)
Transportation is optional and billed only when selected. The service area covers the Boca Raton area surrounding 2120 N. Dixie Hwy; eligibility is confirmed by route review and approval.
One-Time Enrollment Charges
The registration fee is collected once at initial enrollment and is non-refundable. The $250 behavioral deposit is a one-time non-refundable charge applied only when required based on the participant's assessed needs and enrollment terms.
Payment Terms Summary
- All charges non-refundable. Program fees, registration fee, transportation fees, and the $250 behavioral deposit (when applicable) are non-refundable.
- 48-hour cancellation. Cancel 48 or more hours before the scheduled day → no refund, but an account credit is applied toward a future attendance day (subject to availability).
- Under 48 hours or no-show. The day is forfeited with no refund and no credit.
- Late pickup. $1/min for first 15 min after 5:00 PM; $2/min thereafter; $50 after-hours staffing fee after 5:30 PM.
- Late payment. $35 late fee after 5 days; suspension possible after 15 days; $35 returned-payment fee.
- Accepted methods. ACH and Zelle (preferred, no fee), credit/debit and HSA/FSA (6.5% processing fee), check, or money order.
- Discounts. Veterans, first responders, and educators get an extra 5% off the monthly rate with verification.
