What this program actually is
Program A is the core of what we do. It is a non-medical social adult day program — meaning we do not provide skilled nursing, IV medications, or hospital-level care. We do provide safe supervision, structured engagement, memory-support activities, caregiver respite, socialization, cognitive stimulation, meals and snacks, transportation coordination, emotional support, and a structured daily routine in a warm, dignified setting.
Most importantly, we provide presence. Someone who notices when your father isn't himself today. Someone who knows your mother prefers her coffee with two sugars. Someone who calls you, not waits for you to call them.
Program hours
Monday – Friday · 9AM – 5PM. Transportation may be available before and after program hours depending on routing and assessment.
Minimum attendance
Minimum enrollment of 3 days per week — designed intentionally. Routine builds trust, trust builds engagement, and engagement is what slows cognitive decline. Three days is the floor where real relationships start to form.
A typical day
- •9:00 — Warm welcome, vitals check-in, light breakfast & coffee
- •9:45 — Morning circle: news, music, gentle conversation
- •10:30 — Chair fitness or movement therapy
- •11:15 — Brain games, memory work, or crafts
- •12:15 — Lunch & hydration
- •1:00 — Quiet time / faith-friendly reflection
- •1:45 — Themed activity (music, art, culture, bingo)
- •2:45 — Afternoon snack & social hour
- •3:30 — Wind-down & family hand-off

Enhanced Care / Higher Support
$140 – $185+ per day
With transportation: $165 – $210+ per day.
For participants needing Parkinson's support, dementia supervision, wheelchair support, feeding/transfer assistance, higher staffing, fall-risk monitoring, or memory-care supervision. Final cost is determined by our pre-enrollment assessment — never assumed, never up-sold.
The Standard vs Enhanced Care assessment
Before pricing is finalized, every prospective participant completes a complimentary pre-enrollment assessment — in person at the center, or in the home for mobility-limited adults. The assessment looks at:

Participants placed in Standard whose needs increase are re-assessed and may transition to Enhanced. Participants placed in Enhanced whose needs stabilize may transition down. The goal is the right level of support — never more, never less.
Meals & dietary accommodations
Program includes morning snack, hot lunch, afternoon snack, and full-day hydration. Dietary accommodations considered: diabetic, low-sodium, vegetarian, no-pork, soft foods, thickened liquids, and feeding-assist.
All sales are final — no refunds. Auto-pay clients on the Monthly Advance plan receive a credit day for any missed day with 24-hour notice. See Center Policies.

3, 4, or 5 days per week — with or without transportation.
Minimum enrollment is 3 days per week to protect routine, engagement, and care quality. Transportation add-on is $25/day within our 15-mile service radius (subject to route review).

Final pricing, transportation eligibility, and enrollment are subject to assessment, availability, route review, participant needs, and program approval. Boca Raton Adult Day Care maintains a minimum three-day weekly attendance model.
