Non-medical social day programming designed for meaningful, engaging days.
Structured daytime engagement, non-medical supervision, memory-supportive activities, socialization, meals, snacks, and caregiver respite — in a warm and dignified setting. Proposed hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The Program, in Clear Terms
A social day program — not a medical one
Program A gives your loved one a place to belong from morning to late afternoon: familiar faces, a steady routine, good food, and activities designed to keep the mind and body engaged. It gives you the hours back that caregiving takes away.
What the day includes
- Non-medical supervision by trained, screened staff
- Memory-supportive and cognitive activities
- Music, movement, arts, and social conversation
- Lunch, two snacks, and hydration throughout the day
- Medication reminders and gentle cueing
- Caregiver respite and daily family communication
What it does not include
- Skilled nursing or clinical treatment
- Medication administration or IV therapy
- Emergency medical transportation
- Overnight or residential care
Services are confirmed after a pre-enrollment assessment and are subject to staffing, policy, and final program approval.

Dietary needs are reviewed individually based on safety, staffing and program policy. Special textures, thickened liquids, feeding assistance and other higher-risk dietary needs require individual review and final program approval.

Families often hear “adult day care,” “home care,” and “home health” used interchangeably. They are three different things. Here is exactly what Program A is — and what it is not — so you can decide with confidence.
What it is
A structured daytime community
- A safe, supervised place to spend the day, Monday–Friday
- Companionship, routine, and purpose instead of long hours alone
- Non-medical supervision by trained, background-screened staff
What it is not
Not medical or residential care
- No skilled nursing, IV therapy, or clinical treatment
- No medication administration — reminders only
- Not overnight care and not a nursing home

How a week works
Choose 3, 4, or 5 days
- Three days per week is the minimum for standard enrollment
- Attending five days per week earns the lowest daily rate
- Half-day attendance is up to four hours, still 3 days weekly

How to pay
Private pay, simply billed
- Private pay is available today, billed per attendance day
- Medicaid LTC, VA, and LTC insurance depend on eligibility and verification
- Transportation is always a separate line item, never bundled

An in-home assessment may be considered when operationally available and approved by management. Participants placed in Standard whose needs increase may be re-assessed and transition to an Enhanced Support level; participants whose needs stabilize may transition down.
Monthly billing, absences, credit days, closures, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the signed enrollment agreement and Center Policies. Auto-pay clients on the Monthly Advance plan may receive a credit day for missed days when notice is provided in accordance with center policy. Enhanced Support · Levels I, II & III
Why some days cost more — explained honestly
Some participants need more of our people's time to stay safe, engaged, and comfortable. Enhanced Support pays for exactly that — more staff attention per participant. It is one all-inclusive daily rate that replaces the standard daily rate; it is never added on top of it.
Level I
$185 / day starting
Who it fits
Needs frequent reminders and gentle redirection, but participates with light guidance.
What the day includes

- ✓Hands-on-free assistance with routines and transitions
- ✓Closer monitoring at arrival, meals, and departure

Needs individualized engagement most of the day and support moving between activities.

Substantially more staff time — often near-continuous attention.
Level III

Needs the highest level of individualized non-medical supervision we can safely provide.

How a level is chosen
The pre-enrollment assessment sets the level — never a phone estimate. Rates shown are starting rates. If needs increase or stabilize later, we re-assess and move the level up or down in writing.
Transportation
Getting here — our own 15-passenger vans, door to door.
Door-to-door transportation is an optional add-on for approved Adult Day Care participants, billed as a separate daily line item and priced by the level of physical assistance the participant actually needs — never by guesswork. Your level is confirmed at the pre-enrollment assessment.
Level I
$35 /day
Ambulatory — round-trip
For participants who walk independently or with a cane and can board the van using the standard step with light supervision.

Level II

Walker / mobility device — round-trip
For participants who use a walker, rollator, or need steady hands-on assistance to board, sit, and rise safely.

- ✓Extra boarding time built into the route so no one is rushed

Level III
$55 /day
Wheelchair / transfer assistance — round-trip
For participants who use a wheelchair or require lift access and two-person assistance to travel safely.
- ✓Hydraulic wheelchair lift with a rated, inspected platform
- ✓Wheelchair secured with a four-point tie-down and occupant belt
- ✓Two-staff assistance at pickup and drop-off when required
- ✓Coordination with the family or facility staff at the home door
All rides are round-trip and available only to approved Adult Day Care participants whose verified pickup and return address is within our designated service area around 2120 N. Dixie Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Eligibility, level, and scheduling are subject to address and route review, mobility assessment, vehicle availability, staffing, and final program approval. Transportation is billed separately from program tuition. Payments are non-refundable; please give 48 hours notice for schedule changes.
