What services do you provide?
We provide non-medical homemaker and companion services, including companionship, social engagement, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, household organization, errands, appointment accompaniment, and wellness visits.
Do you provide personal care?
No. We do not provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, lifting, or transfers.
Do you provide nursing or medical services?
No. We do not provide nursing, medical treatment, medication administration, medical monitoring, wound care, therapy, or other skilled healthcare services.
What is the minimum service commitment?
Our standard recurring service plan requires at least 25 hours per week, scheduled over a minimum of three service days.
What is the minimum weekly payment?
The standard minimum weekly payment is $1,050, based on 25 weekday service hours at $42 per hour.
How may the 25 hours be scheduled?
Approved schedules may include five days at five hours per day, four days at 6.25 hours per day, or three service days totaling at least 25 hours. All schedules are subject to availability and service-plan approval.
Do you offer fewer than 25 hours per week?
Reduced-hour, temporary, and exception schedules may be considered at $55 per hour, subject to availability and prior management approval. Approval is not guaranteed.
What are your evening and weekend rates?
Evening and weekend service is billed at $52 per hour.
What is the holiday rate?
Service provided on a recognized holiday is billed at $68 per hour.
When is payment due?
Recurring service fees are billed weekly in advance. Payment must be received before the scheduled service week begins or services continue.
Are unused scheduled hours refunded?
Reserved service hours are governed by the cancellation and reserved-hours policy contained in the client service agreement. Please contact our team for current terms.
Can I cancel or change a scheduled visit?
Schedule changes and cancellations must follow the notice requirements in the client service agreement. Late cancellations may remain billable because service time is reserved specifically for the client.
Do you offer transportation?
Transportation or appointment accompaniment may be available depending on the service plan, destination, travel distance, caregiver availability, vehicle requirements, and management approval. Additional charges may apply.
Can one companion assist two people in the same household?
Requests involving more than one service recipient require review. Additional rates or staffing requirements may apply depending on the needs of each individual.
Does submitting the form guarantee service?
No. Service begins only after the request has been reviewed, availability has been confirmed, required documents have been completed, payment has been received, and a written service plan has been approved.
