Introductory pricing available for eligible enrollments during the introductory period. Your applicable rate and any rate-protection terms will be stated in your enrollment or membership agreement.
IMPORTANT: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in written policy.
Transportation is optional and billed separately: Level I $35/day, Level II $45/day, Level III $55/day round-trip, within our designated service area around 2120 N. Dixie Hwy. Every new participant pays a one-time $85 Registration Fee (non-refundable); participants assessed for Enhanced Support Level I, II, or III also pay a one-time non-refundable $250 Enhanced Support Assessment Fee, for $335 in one-time fees.

Fee Policy
Registration and assessment fees are non-refundable.
The registration fee and the assessment fee are non-refundable. They pay for intake, records, and professional assessment time that is performed before the first day of attendance.
Why these fees are non-refundable
The work happens before the first day
Intake, chart creation, medical-record review, and the assessment itself are completed up front. By the time a participant is scheduled, that work is already finished and cannot be undone.
You are paying for professional time
These fees cover hours our care coordinator and program staff spend on one specific person. Unlike a product, that time cannot be returned, reused, or resold to someone else.
Enrollment holds a real place
Confirming a participant reserves capacity, staffing ratio, meals, and — when selected — a seat on a transportation route. That place is held out of availability for other families.
What happens instead of a refund: Instead of refunds, timely changes are handled with account credit: cancel a scheduled attendance day 48 or more hours in advance and a credit is applied toward a future day, subject to availability. Cancellations under 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the day. Billing errors are always corrected through a written account adjustment.

Door-to-door transportation is optional and billed separately: Level I $35, Level II $45, Level III $55 per day round-trip. We serve addresses within our designated service area, subject to route review and availability.

We measure by actual driving distance from 2120 N. Dixie Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431. This gives you a preliminary answer — every route is still verified by our staff.
Eligibility is never automatic. Final approval depends on route review, mobility assessment, wheelchair/transfer requirements, vehicle capacity, and program enrollment status.

Registration and enrollment payments
The one-time $85 Registration Fee is non-refundable. A $250 Enhanced Support Assessment Fee applies when the assessment calls for it and is also non-refundable. Card payments include a 6.5% processing fee.
