Introductory pricing available for eligible enrollments during the introductory period. Your applicable rate and any rate-protection terms will be stated in your enrollment or membership agreement.
IMPORTANT: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in written policy.
Transportation is optional and billed separately: Level I $35/day, Level II $45/day, Level III $55/day round-trip, within our designated service area around 2120 N. Dixie Hwy. Every new participant pays a one-time $75 Registration Fee (non-refundable) and, when applicable, a $250 Behavioral Deposit at enrollment. Non-refundable. Applicability depends on the participant's assessed needs and enrollment terms.

Door-to-door transportation is optional and billed separately: Level I $35, Level II $45, Level III $55 per day round-trip. We serve addresses within 8 driving miles of the center.

We measure by actual driving distance from 2120 N. Dixie Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431. This gives you a preliminary answer — every route is still verified by our staff.
Eligibility is never automatic. Final approval depends on route review, mobility assessment, wheelchair/transfer requirements, vehicle capacity, and program enrollment status.

Registration and enrollment payments
The one-time $75 Registration Fee is non-refundable. A $250 Behavioral Deposit applies when the assessment calls for it and is also non-refundable. Card payments include a 6.5% processing fee.
